Intention (Niyyah): Begin with the intention in your heart to purify yourself for the purpose of worship, as the intention is vital for the validity of Wudu.

Say “Bismillah”: Before starting the Wudu, recite “Bismillah” (In the name of Allah).

Washing the Hands: Wash both hands up to the wrists three times, making sure to clean between the fingers.

Rinsing the Mouth (Madhmadah): Take water in the right hand and rinse the mouth thoroughly three times, ensuring it reaches all parts of the mouth.

Rinsing the Nose (Istinshaq): Take water in the right hand, sniff it into the nostrils, and blow it out with the left hand. Do this three times.

Washing the Face: Wash the entire face from the forehead to the chin and from ear to ear, making sure all areas are covered. This is done three times.

Washing the Arms: Wash both arms up to the elbows three times, starting with the right arm followed by the left, ensuring water reaches between the fingers and around the elbows.

Wiping the Head (Masah): Wet your hands and wipe over the head once, from the forehead to the back of the head and then back to the front.

Wiping the Ears: With the same wet hands, wipe the inside and outside of the ears (both ears) once, using your thumbs to clean the inside and your index fingers for the outer ear.

Washing the Feet: Wash both feet up to the ankles three times, starting with the right foot and then the left, ensuring to clean between the toes.

Completion: After completing the steps, you may recite the Shahada (testification of faith): “Ashhadu alla ilaha illa Allah wahdahu la sharika lahu wa ashhadu anna Muhammad abduhoo wa rasooluhu.” (I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, the One who has no partners, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger)
