- Patience (Sabr): Show patience when dealing with difficult situations or colleagues. The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) advised patience in the face of adversity and challenging interactions.
- Forgiveness: Be willing to forgive others for their mistakes or shortcomings. Islam encourages forgiveness and reconciliation.
