Muslims should approach making a will (Wasiyyah) by ensuring it aligns with Islamic principles, such as allocating up to one-third of their estate to non-heirs, ensuring debts and obligations are paid first, and distributing inheritance according to Shariah guidelines. It is recommended to make the will in writing and inform trusted individuals.
