To perform **Wudu** (ablution) before prayer, follow these steps:

1. **Intention (Niyyah):** Begin with the intention in your heart to perform Wudu for prayer.

2. **Say Bismillah:** Start by saying “Bismillah” (In the name of Allah).

3. **Wash Hands:** Rinse both hands thoroughly up to the wrists three times.

4. **Mouth:** Rinse your mouth three times, using your right hand to help.

5. **Nose:** Inhale water into your nostrils and then blow it out three times (using your right hand).

6. **Face:** Wash your face three times, ensuring the entire face is covered from ear to ear and from the forehead to the chin.

7. **Arms:** Wash your right arm from the fingertips to the elbow three times, then repeat with the left arm.

8. **Head:** Wet your hands and wipe over your head once, from the front to the back and back to the front.

9. **Ears:** Wipe the insides and outsides of both ears once with wet fingers.

10. **Feet:** Wash your right foot up to the ankle three times, making sure to clean between the toes, then repeat with the left foot.

11. **Completion:** After completing Wudu, you may say the Shahada (testimony of faith).
